We encourage all clients to insure their fine jewelry and are happy to provide invoices for insurance.
If your piece breaks or is damaged, please photograph and email us details. We will determine the cause of the problem, and come up with a plan to fix or replace. If the problem comes from normal wear and tear, and not from a fabrication issue, we will issue a repair invoice before starting any repair. We do not cover broken or lost stones! If a stone breaks or is lost, we are often able to replace it, and will discuss fees before fixing. If your piece has been worked on by another jeweler, we do not guarantee their work. We encourage you get your stone settings professionally tightened annually.

The best way to get your ring sized is to come to our studio in Hudson and do a sizing in person. If that is not possible, we recommend you get your fingers sized at any local jewelery shop (generally this is a free service). We also sell ring sizers for $2.
-
Most rings can be resized. Each resizing process is different and the fee charged for each resize will be assessed individually (price can range from $10 for a simple half size larger to $250 and up for a gold ring). Contact us to discuss resizing your ring.
