We specialize in making custom jewelry. We love using your heirloom / underused jewelry and stones to make you new pieces! We melt down old school rings, former wedding bands, unused earrings, or any other kinds of jewelry in the crucible to make a new piece. We can also remove stones from jewelry and use them in new ways! This is a beautiful way of enjoying your gold and stones in a completely reimagined way. Renovating heirloom, ancestral, or just broken jewelry isn’t just sentimental, it’s also ecologically sound!

Custom jewelry costs are widely variable and depend on a series of factors - the metal choice, stones, heirloom materials used, etc. Our custom projects typically start at $2500 for gold pieces and $800 for silver. Please get in touch to discuss the costs for your specific project! We also like to try to meet budgets as much as possible, even if it’s below these numbers, so please do get in touch.

We start with an email or a phone call to discuss your ideas and goals for your jewelry. Once we’ve arrived at a good plan - including choices for metal, texture, stone, polish, finish, size, budget, etc - we will make a drawing and email it to you for confirmation. We can make adjustments as needed. After you confirm the drawing, we will request a deposit and begin production!

Custom pieces usually take 8-14 weeks depending on the materials, stones, etc. We can work with tighter timelines in many cases, so please let us know what your timing needs are!

Once we arrive at a budget and you’ve confirmed the drawing and details of your project, we ask for a 50% deposit. We then purchase materials and begin fabrication. We ask for the final 50% and the shipping fee once the project is finished.

It depends on when you change your mind! If you change your mind before sending a deposit and confirming a drawing, no problem! Thats expected in the design process. Once you’ve confirmed the drawing and sent a deposit, your project is non refundable - materials have been bought and work started. If you want to make changes, let us know immediately and we will discuss what we can do! Deposits can be applied towards new projects, minus fees for returning materials and work already begun.

Yes! We would love to have you in the studio to choose existing stones/get ring sized / look at what we have in stock! We are in Hudson, NY. You are also welcome to pick up your pieces here and save the shipping cost.
