From an idea to a forever-jewelry piece, custom jewelry is perfect for engagement or just a super special ring or treasure.

We specialize in making custom jewelry. If you have an idea for the perfect ring (or other jewelry object) for you or your partner, please get in touch! Whether you want to melt down an heirloom piece of gold so we can renovate it into your new treasure, or you want to start from scratch, we love being on this journey with you.

  • We start with a conversation (an email to info@hedronstudio.com)

  • We then send a series of drawings and stone selections to decide on a design.

  • Once we have agreed on a design, we collect a 50% deposit, with the remainder due when the ring is ready to ship!

  • We will go over metal selection, stone choice, orientation of the stone, forging, hammered texture and finish, size, budget and timeline.

We love using your heirloom / underused jewelry and stones to make you new pieces! We melt down old school rings, former wedding bands, unused earrings, or any other kinds of jewelry in the crucible to make a new piece. We can also remove stones from jewelry and use them in new ways! This is a beautiful way of enjoying your gold and stones in a completely reimagined way. Renovating heirloom, ancestral, or just broken jewelry isn’t just sentimental, it’s also ecologically sound!

For these custom wedding bands we melted several heirloom rings (grandfather’s!) and milled the gold for the new couple :)

For this beautiful moongold engagement ring we melted gold from an heirloom bracelet, a few chains and a broken ring, used new ethically sourced stones and a reticulated polish.
