HEDRON STUDIO POLICIES, INFORMATION AND FAQs
SHIPPING + EXCHANGES
If pieces are marked “Ready to ship” they will generally ship within 3 days of purchase. If pieces are made-to-order, they will generally ship within 14 days of purchase. Please email us if you need a rush shipping and we can typically accommodate. We always provide tracking numbers and insurance.
Your Hedron piece will arrive in a jewelry box with our logo, ready to open or gift. We also include an anti-tarnish cloth with every purchase.
Although incredibly rare, if a piece is damaged when you receive it, please email us immediately with pictures and we will determine the issue and replace or repair your piece. Emails received the day of receipt will be considered shipping damage.
All sales are final. If an item is purchased by mistake, or you would like to change your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to exchange.
Although all sales are final, exchanges may be made if you end up needing a different size, or something else caught your eye between payment and shipping. Please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to make sure the Hedron pieces you end up with are ones you love.
We enjoy working with a variety of materials: Sterling Silver, 14k, 18k and 24k Solid Gold, 14k and 18k Gold Vermeil, jeweler’s brass, mild steel, bronze, aluminum, etc. We source our precious metals from Rio Grande, which supplies high quality American made 100% recycled metals.
We source our gemstones from Rio Grande, the New York/New Jersey Gem Show, from the Herkimer Diamond mines in upstate New York, and from direct sellers online. Please ask for the provenance of a specific stone if you are interested. We are very interested in sourcing more ethical stones: we are working on purchasing only stones that have a trail.
We make each Hedron piece to be worn and enjoyed for many years. If your piece breaks or is damaged, please photograph and email us details. We will determine the cause of the problem, and come up with a plan to fix or replace. If the problem comes from normal wear and tear, and not from a fabrication issue, we will issue a repair invoice before starting any repair. We do not cover broken stones! If a stone breaks, we are often able to replace it, and will discuss fees before fixing. If your piece has been worked on by another jeweler, we do not guarantee their work.
If you lose a single earring we are happy to replace it for half the cost of the pair. If you lose a piece of jewelry and want to commission a look-alike replacement, please get in touch.
The best way to find your own ring size is to go in to a jewelry shop and ask them to size your finger. Most places will do this for free. If this isn’t an option for you, you can use this chart https://contenti.com/media/catalog/pdf/library/ring_sizing_chart.pdf. but it’s much better to be professionally sized!
Most rings can be resized to be larger. We don’t always indicate the size on our posts: please tell us your ring size and we will try to accommodate. Rings with stones can rarely be sized smaller. Contact us and we will discuss your particular ring.
We love custom projects. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your dreamiest custom piece.
